4 Tips for living the Everybodi Lifestyle

 

Right now, out there in the world, countless voices are telling us how to live our life.

We are surrounded by TV shows, magazines, webpages, films, and even news programs that feature stunning, young model, saying “This is the right way to live to be beautiful.”

In reality, beauty comes in so many forms. It comes at all ages. It comes in all shapes. But we rarely hear that.

Instead, we hear from advertisers who use this myth that “excess = beauty” to trot out new products to hide our natural glow. They sell us new chemicals to inject into our already beautiful faces and new makeup to cover up our radiant glow.

It’s ridiculous if you think about it.

We all want to live long, healthy, happy and natural lives.

1. Become more informed.

At everybodi, we believe knowledge is power. Too often we are influenced by the latest celebrity or reality tv show star telling us about what products to use, where to eat and what to wear. This can leave us easily lead. We recommend doing your own research on a product before you actually use it. Find out what's in it and then if your comfortable with what you have found out- Buy it! Atleast you can rest assured that you took the time to do the research and make an informed decision. At Everybodi, we’ve done the work for you and left out the toxins so you don’t have to worry about it.

 

2. Do something for someone else:

By helping another person, you might lighten their physical or emotional load, giving them the boost they need to get through the day. You'll generally also feel happier and better about yourself when you do something nice for someone else, since acts of kindness trigger endorphin release.

 

3. Believe that you are beautiful:

Not always simple, but highly effective is to believe you are beauty and you will exude beauty. Count your blessings, not your blemishes and always surround yourself with people who remind you of your inner strength and beauty. Embrace your face and body and use a gentle exfoliate on with your skin. Add more veggies and fruit to your diet to help 'feed' your face and get plenty of vitamins D and C to help your skin glow.

 

4. Love your body, but don’t obsess over it.

Find an exercise that you enjoy, one that you can incorporate into your day and do it regularly. Don't exercise to lose weight or to fight your body shape. Do it to make your body healthy and strong and because it makes you feel good.
